Private Party for up to 78 people

Large groups, birthdays, anniversaries, team building, corporate, bridal and baby showers,
fundraisers, etc.
● It’s a VIP experience for your party!
● The studio will be closed to non-party guests.
● A reservation is required 10 days in advance
● A $800 Party Fee, which covers paint, glaze, and firing, is due at the reservation
● Availability is open every day at 10:00 AM and at 8:00 PM
● At least 36 pottery painters. If the number of painters is less than 36, an additional $20 fee
will be charged for every missing painter.
● Two dedicated Color Me Mine party hosts
● Price does NOT include pottery
● An 18% gratuity will be added
● You will pay for pottery and the service charge on the day of the party
● Two hours duration, with 5 minutes of tolerance
● At the time of reservation, up to 2 additional 30-minute duration intervals can be added for
an additional $200 each
● You can bring food, drinks, and decorations. An additional table will be provided if necessary
● Set up time is 20 minutes before the party
● The guest of honor will receive a complimentary personalized party plate, signed by all the
guests
● Items painted at your event will be glazed and fired in our kilns, and ready in seven to
fourteen days!

Terms and Conditions
● The $800 Party Fee is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled at least 15 days
before the event
● Sales tax (10.5%) applies
● An 18% gratuity will be automatically added
● The reservation host must pick up all guests’ finished pieces
